One Account Per Player

1. General Terms
Important: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using bdd44.net. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined in this document, including any amendments published with reasonable notice.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdd44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of bdd44.net and all associated gaming, sports betting, and payment services offered thereon.
bdd44 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform targeting adult players residing in Bangladesh. By creating a bdd44 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
bdd44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only: bdd44 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced at all stages of account activity.
To be eligible to open and maintain a bdd44 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

bdd44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point in the player journey — including at registration, prior to processing the first withdrawal, or whenever the platform's compliance procedures determine that verification is required. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.
Any account found to be held by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately upon discovery. All funds in the account will be returned to the original payment source, net of any bonus amounts or wagering-derived winnings. bdd44 may report underage gambling incidents to relevant authorities where required.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of bdd44 services — including real-money betting, live casino games, slots, and card games — you must register a personal account on bdd44.net. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad).
One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active bdd44 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. bdd44 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the oldest verified account may be closed and associated balances and bonuses forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to bdd44 during registration and at any subsequent verification stage is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
bdd44 is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of your failure to maintain accurate account information, including loss of access to your account due to an incorrect registered email address or phone number.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your bdd44 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. bdd44 staff will never request your password via any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact bdd44 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). bdd44 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Local Payments: bdd44 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits via bKash and Nagad credit instantly. Minimum deposit: ৳200.
All deposits made to a bdd44 account must originate from a payment method that is legally registered in your own name. bdd44 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your bdd44 account, the deposit may be reversed and the bdd44 account suspended pending verification.
bdd44 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via supported Bangladeshi payment channels. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their own fee schedules. bdd44 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Conditions:
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This is an anti-fraud measure to protect player funds.
- Prior to processing any withdrawal, bdd44 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of your national identity card (NID) or passport, and proof of ownership of the payment method you have used.
- Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Funds derived from active bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.
- bdd44 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time beyond the standard quoted timeframe. Players will be notified if additional information is required.
- Withdrawals requested to a bKash or Nagad account are processed promptly, subject to verification completion. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported institutions may take additional business days to clear.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your bdd44 account cashier panel.
bdd44 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment networks, banking system outages, national holidays, or circumstances outside bdd44's reasonable control. In the event of a significant delay, players are encouraged to contact the support team via live chat for a status update.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. General Bonus Rules:
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in all bonus claims beyond the first being voided.
- Bonuses must be used within the stated expiry period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account balance and cannot be reinstated.
- bdd44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed by eligible players prior to the date of the change.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money (cash) funds in your bdd44 account. Bets are placed first from real-money balances unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
- Free bet credits are used on the specified eligible markets only. Any winnings generated from free bets are credited as withdrawable cash, net of the free bet stake amount, once all applicable wagering requirements are met.
- bdd44 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount — and any winnings derived from it — if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed fraudulently, through abuse of promotional mechanics, or through any form of collusion or coordinated wagering strategy.
- Promotional terms are communicated in English. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of any promotion before opting in.
6. User Obligations
As a registered player on bdd44, you agree to the following obligations, which are conditions of your continued access to the platform:
- You will use bdd44 solely for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of game mechanics, or use of the platform as part of any business operation is prohibited without the express written consent of bdd44.
- You will provide accurate and complete information during registration and at any subsequent verification stage, and you will promptly update your account details if any of your information changes.
- You will not use any automated system, software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to access or interact with bdd44 in a way that is not permitted by these Terms or that is not a feature of the normal player-facing interface.

- You will comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of bdd44. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your specific circumstances and jurisdiction.
- You will engage with bdd44 customer support, game providers, and other users in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bdd44 staff or other players via any communication channel will result in immediate account suspension.
- You will take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and will notify bdd44 immediately if you become aware of any breach of security affecting your account.
- You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you are wagering funds that you can afford to lose. bdd44 strongly encourages all players to set personal budgets and use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Zero Tolerance: bdd44 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, collusion, and any form of cheating. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and referred to relevant authorities where applicable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdd44 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, impersonating another person, or making any fraudulent claim in connection with your bdd44 account or any bonus offer.
- Money Laundering: Using bdd44 as a mechanism to process, transfer, or conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity. bdd44 applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, to collectively exploit promotional structures, or to share non-public information that provides an unfair advantage in any betting market.
- Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability on the bdd44 platform. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed. Players who discover a technical error are obligated to report it to support immediately.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain access to bdd44 systems, databases, or other players' accounts through any means not sanctioned by bdd44. This includes brute-force login attempts, phishing, social engineering of bdd44 staff, and any other form of unauthorised intrusion.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or engaging in any coordinated strategy to extract value from promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of a bdd44 deposit after the deposited funds have been wagered. bdd44 will contest all fraudulent chargeback claims and will suspend accounts in which unjustified chargebacks are filed.
bdd44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct extended due diligence on any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. The outcome of any investigation is at bdd44's sole discretion, and bdd44's decision in such matters is final.
8. Account Closure & Termination
Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your bdd44 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Upon receipt of a closure request, bdd44 will process any eligible real-money balance remaining in your account to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the standard withdrawal verification requirements described in Section 4. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Closure by bdd44: bdd44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
- The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
- bdd44 is required to close the account in compliance with applicable law, a court order, or an instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
- The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a dormancy administration fee as disclosed in the account settings panel, after prior written notice to the registered email address.
- bdd44 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform, to other players, or to bdd44 itself.
Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion from bdd44 at any time. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately by the bdd44 team and result in your account being blocked for the period you specify — ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, bdd44 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account on the platform. Upon account termination — whether initiated by you or by bdd44 — the licence granted to you under these Terms to use the bdd44 platform ceases immediately. These Terms, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to dispute resolution, liability limitations, and intellectual property provisions), shall remain in full force after the date of termination.
